Return Policy Overview
At DaliaHealth, we are committed to providing high-quality products. We accept returns for defective products only. We do not offer exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be defective or not functioning as intended
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, if possible
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that are not defective and are functioning as intended
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Products returned after 30 days from the purchase date
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any products. If you receive a defective product and wish to obtain a replacement, you will need to return the defective item for a refund and place a new order.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a defective product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@daliahealth.com with the subject line "Return Request"
- Include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos or videos demonstrating the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days
- If approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
For approved returns of defective products, DaliaHealth will provide a prepaid shipping label. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs when returning a defective item.
