You have full control over your health data directly within the DaliaHealth app. Delete individual readings, health records, or specific data categories at any time.How to delete data:- Open the DaliaHealth app

If you text with Dalia
The Dalia coach stores your conversation, what you log through it, what it learns about you, and data from any wearable you connect. Here is what you control.
- Right now, by texting Dalia
- Delete something it logged: "delete that meal". The record is removed from your data, not flagged. Dalia can only remove records it created; anything you entered in the app yourself stays until you remove it there.
- Correct something it logged: tell Dalia what was wrong with it.
- Stop all messages: reply STOP. Reply START to come back, HELP for contact details.
- Disconnect a wearable: in the app, or tell Dalia.
- On request, by email
- Delete your cycle data completely. Cycle records are removed from the database entirely, leaving nothing behind.
- Delete your account and your coaching data, including your conversation transcript. Within 30 days.
- Export a copy of your coaching data, including your conversation transcript. Within 30 days.
After you opt out or delete, we keep a minimal record that your number opted out. That record exists so that we never contact you again.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does account deletion take?
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
Can I recover my data after deletion?
No, once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
What data can I delete within the app?
You can delete individual health readings, measurement history, and specific data categories directly within the app's Privacy & Data settings section.
Does deleting my account delete my conversation with Dalia?
Yes. Your conversation transcript is part of your coaching data and is deleted with your account. Ask for an export first if you want to keep a copy.
Is my health data shared with third parties?
We do not sell your personal health data. Data may only be shared with service providers necessary to operate our services, and they are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. If you text with Dalia, that includes the AI providers who generate its replies and the vendors who deliver your messages; the Privacy Policy names each of them.
